Who are we looking for?
  • Very good English and German language(both written and spoken)
  • Experience in financial area (C2C/P2P/R2R) is a must
  • Ability to take leadership in absence of Seniors/team leader
  • Very Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
  • Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines

 
What will you do?

Acting as a Process Specialist in F&A team. The role purpose is also interacting with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, cooperating with other delivery team members, sharing knowledge and expertise and ensuring that the documentation is up to date.
 
 

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality, professional proactive Service Client, within agreed SLA
  • Resolve complex queries and handles sensitive individual cases across processes
  • Actively work on solving issues in day-to-day work
  • Share knowledge and best practices among the team
  • Identify issues and use the agreed escalation route
  • Provide reports on request, analyzing them and drawing conclusions if needed
  • Make sure the procedures are understood and being followed by other team members 
  • Establish and maintains a good relationship with clients at all levels
  • Participate in operational calls if required
  • Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the clients.
  • Provide Customer specific trainings for new hires and advise less experienced employees
