Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Department is responsible for all accounting services for the Motorola suppliers and employees. The Motorola Finance Center in Krakow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world class finance, accounting and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. • Documents audit before the processing in Finance System
• Reporting
• Support day to day accounting process and procedures
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships throughout the organization.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
• Review and process recurring payment runs
• Conduct necessary actions in order to process the payment
• Assist with issues related to the payment process
• Assist with the ongoing development of AP processes
• Other duties as required

• Good command of English
• 0-1 year of experience in finance area
• Educational Requirements: Graduated - Bachelor/Masters Degree
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi task
• Other foreign language will be an advantage
