What will you do:
  • Support for Management on Client side with new projects and processes testing and implementation regarding BMAP (Billing Modifications and Accounts Payable).
  • Exposure to frequent contact with key stakeholders on Client side.
  • Cooperating with internal departments  Credit, GCS, Cash Ops, Billing and Sales teams.
  • Allocation of incoming payments and accounts reconciliation.
  • Helping customers with questions regarding billing, master data setup and overall collections process.

 

What do we expect:
  • Stakeholder management skills are required as role is exposed to contact with Management on the Clients side.
  • Good knowledge of BPO/Shared Services processes (min. 1 year of experience required in Collections or Cash Operations).
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1).
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential. 
  • Attention to details and ability to solve complex problems independently .
  • Proactive approach and can do attitude is a must.
  • Experience with process change.
  • Experience with SAP would be an asset.
