What will you do?
  • Perform F&A tasks according to the defined desktop procedures and defined targets
  • React to client requests and queries in a timely fashion
  • Actively identify improvement areas and propose new solutions
  • Update all required process documentation
  • Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the clients.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, other departments


The role purpose:
To act as a Specialist of the Operation Team. The role purpose is also daily interacting with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, cooperating with other delivery team members, sharing knowledge and expertise and ensuring that the documentation is up to date.
